Terms
Last updated: 26 October 2026.
These terms cover infrarabbit.com, its REST APIs, its MCP endpoints and its downloadable data. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
InfraRabbit is operated by Levi, Utrecht, Netherlands, the Netherlands ("we"). Details are on the imprint.
1. The site
You may read the site, use the free API and MCP endpoints, and download the free data, as these terms allow.
You must not:
- break or bypass the rate limits, or send traffic meant to slow or stop the service;
- try to get at data or systems you are not meant to reach;
- present our data as your own, or imply that we endorse you or your product;
- use the service to break the law.
We may block clients that do any of these. Rate limits apply per IP address and return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. See /api.
We can change, pause or stop any part of the service. We try to keep the /v1 API stable; see section 5.
2. Licence for our data
Our measurements
The measurements we publish are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). This covers:
- current prices, the history shown on our pages and charts, the named index series, the change feed, and per-SKU history up to 90 days through the free API and MCP (/prices);
- the daily crawler-rule observations, verdicts, shares and proofs (/crawlers);
Commercial use is allowed. You must give attribution: name "InfraRabbit", link to the page or dataset you used, and give the date of the data ("data as of YYYY-MM-DD"). A ready-made citation is on each page under "Cite this" and in /methodology. Do not suggest we endorse you.
What the licence does not cover
CC BY 4.0 covers our measurements only. It does not cover:
- text we quote from other sources, such as robots.txt files, provider pages or Common Crawl data;
- names, logos and trade marks of providers and companies;
- what is delivered only under a paid plan: per-SKU history beyond 90 days through the API and MCP, and bulk history exports (section 5);
- our logo, name and site design.
You may view this material on our site. We grant no licence to copy, republish or reuse it. The terms of the original source apply. The licence matrix lists every dataset and its status.
Code
Code is licensed in its own repository. Not all of it is open source.
3. Data disclaimer
Everything we publish is provided as is, for information only.
- Prices are list prices as published by each provider on the date and from the source shown. They are not transacted prices. They exclude VAT unless marked. Providers change prices without notice, and our data can be wrong or out of date. A price shown as "not verified since <date>" is not a current price. Check the provider's own page before you buy.
- Coverage is incomplete. A "cheapest" or "floor" figure is the lowest among the providers we read, not the lowest in the market. The methodology page lists what we do not cover.
- Crawler data records what a website's public files said when our crawler fetched them. A robots.txt file is a request, not enforcement. We do not say what any crawler actually does. Sites that block our fetcher are counted as unknown.
- No advice. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, investment or procurement advice. This includes the evidence shown for crawler rules: it is not legal advice and does not show that anyone did or did not comply with a rule.
- No affiliation. We are independent. We are not owned by, paid by or affiliated with any provider, AI company or website named on the site. Provider and product names are used to say what we measured. They belong to their owners.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from this data. See section 7.
4. Corrections, exclusions and takedowns
Corrections and exclusion requests are handled by automated flows described in the FAQ. We do not promise a reply time for any mailbox.
5. API terms: Free, Pro and Team
These terms apply to the Prices API (/v1) and its MCP endpoint, in addition to the sections above.
Plans
| Free | Pro | Team | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | about $49 a month | about $199 a month |
| What you get | Every page and chart with its full history, the named index series (API and MCP included), current prices, the change feed, per-SKU history up to 90 days through the API and MCP. No key needed | Everything in Free, plus per-SKU history beyond 90 days through the API and MCP get_history, bulk history exports, alerts by webhook or email on price changes and withdrawn plans, higher rate limits | Everything in Pro, plus more API keys, higher rate limits, and queue priority for source requests |
The exact prices, limits and the date a plan starts are shown on /pricing at the time you buy. Paid plans may not be open yet. Prices are in US dollars, with VAT included where it applies.
5.1 Keys and use
- A paid plan gives you API keys. Keep them secret. You are responsible for what is done with your keys.
- Do not share a key outside your organisation, or sell access to the API.
- Quotas and rate limits depend on your plan and are shown on /pricing. If you pass a limit you get HTTP 429. Repeated or deliberate abuse can lead to a block.
5.2 Licence for paid history (Pro and Team)
Pro and Team deliver per-SKU history beyond 90 days through the API and MCP, and bulk history exports. You get a licence to use the data delivered this way inside your own organisation, including for commercial purposes (for example analysis, forecasting, internal tools and dashboards). You may publish results, charts and short extracts with attribution as in section 2. You may not publish, sell or give away the bulk history itself, or build a competing price index from it. Team has the same licence as Pro. It adds keys, limits and priority, not extra rights.
Everything on our pages and in the free API and MCP stays under CC BY 4.0 for everyone, whatever plan you have. The same observations, where our pages show them, remain CC BY 4.0 there.
5.3 Wider use
If you want to use the paid history in a product you offer to your customers, write to us first. This is agreed case by case, outside these terms.
5.4 Stability
The /v1 API is frozen. We give 6 months' notice before any breaking change. Additions that do not break existing clients (new fields, new endpoints) can happen at any time. The notice is published on /api and in the changelog.
5.5 Alerts
Alerts are sent when our data changes. They depend on our collection runs and on each provider's page. We do not guarantee that an alert is sent, or when. An alert is not advice and is not a statement that a price is available to you.
5.6 Availability
We run the service with automated monitoring and no support contract. There is no uptime guarantee and no service credit. The status page shows current state and past incidents.
5.7 Ending a plan
You can cancel a paid plan at any time through the merchant of record's portal. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. We can end a plan and refund the unused period if you break these terms or we stop the service.
6. Paying: merchant of record
The statement on your card says INFRARABBIT or the merchant's name.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or deliberate recklessness. Otherwise our total liability to you for anything relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or 100 euros if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or losses from decisions made on the data.
8. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. A change takes effect when published here with a new date. For paid plans we send paid customers notice by email before a change that harms them takes effect, and they may cancel. We do not promise a minimum notice period in these terms other than the 6 months' notice for breaking /v1 changes in section 5.4.
9. Law and courts
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, in the district where Utrecht, Netherlands lies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may bring a case there.
